Co-Presidents Responsibilities

  • Attend all PTO Meetings
  • Delegate tasks
  • Oversee fundraising and community events
  • Ensure PTO bylaws are being followed
  • Organize monthly meetings with board and school leadership

Co-Secretary Responsibilities

  • Record minutes (take notes) at all meetings
  • Maintain membership database
  • Create event flyers
  • Prepares notices for distribution
  • Ensure PTO files are organized and on file at the school

Elementary School Rep Responsibilities

  • Attend all PTO Meetings
  • Meet and communicate with ES School Leaders regularly
  • Deliver an update on ES activities

Treasurer Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all financial record keeping
  • Must be a signatory on all checks
  • Report all financial updates at every PTO meeting
  • Complete financial reports at start and end of school year

Volunteer Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Recruit and organize volunteers for school and PTO events
  • Communicate the needs of the school and individual teachers to the PTO
  • Deliver an update on school activities

Middle School Rep Responsibilities

  • Attend all PTO Meetings
  • Meet and communicate with MS School Leaders Bi-Monthly
  • Deliver an update on MS activities
