We built a great organizational culture – and our staff agrees! We ask at least twice a year and our educators and staff love working at GUG because they feel valued, enjoy a strong sense of community, feel supported by their School Leaders, and benefit from the great work life balance that we’ve instilled in our culture. We also post and hire leadership roles from within, we like to grow our people!
How do we support your growth?
We support our educators and staff through our Onboarding practices as well as our Coaching practices – every person at GUG receives coaching! We also offer Professional Development opportunities (in-house and external) that support alignment to GUG practices and lead to effective classroom and behavior management approaches.
