School Uniforms

School Uniform Overview

At Growing Up Green, we give our students the opportunity for expression, but within school guidelines. With that in mind, please see below for proper uniform requirements and where to purchase them.

All children should be in uniform each day of school.

Growing Up Green uniforms can be purchased at:

Elementary School uniform

Tops – all with GUGCS school logo:

  • A short sleeve or long sleeve polo shirt
  • A navy blue crewneck or V-neck sweater
  • A navy blue fleece vest
  • A navy blue button-down cardigan

Bottoms:

  • Khaki pants, shorts, or skort
  • Any color socks or stockings

Shoes:
Any shoes/sneakers (must be close-toed)

Elementary Schools Polo colors:
Evergreen, classic navy, blue, burgundy, cobalt, deep purple, gray heather, pink, maize yellow, red, white, black

Middle School uniform

Tops (both with “GUG Middle School” logo)

  • Navy polo (short sleeve with logo)
  • Navy fleece full zip (with logo)

Bottoms:

  • Solid colored pants or shorts (such as khaki, joggers, sweatpants)
  • Not overly tight or leggings. No prints or logos

Shoes:
Any shoes/sneakers (must be close-toed)

Items that CANNOT be worn by the students:

  • “Crocs”
  • Open-toes shoes or sandals
  • Jeans
  • Hoodies
  • Hats (an exception is made for religious headwear)
  • Jumpers
  • Skirts
  • Button down shirts
  • T-shirts
